What starts as a project for a small-town festival gains traction when local heroines begin getting scouted for popular TV programs. At the urging of her aunt, a prefectural governor in Hinano City, high school senior Misaki Shirogane signs up to become a "heroine fighter" for her area - but everything changes when she realizes that a local superhero show might be the way to rescue their town from serious financial jeopardy! But can they recruit all the girls and resources needed in the short time before the bills come due?

Set in a fairy tale world in which everyone receives a book when they are born. These books determine every little detail of that person’s life.
Written by the mysterious storyteller, each book traps that individual into a preordained fate.
The story, however, stars a hero without a story, someone free to decide his own fate. But since he has only blank pages he can only wander to find his purpose.
What follows is a journey where our hero travels to lands and meets characters straight out of the pages of some of the most famous fairy tales. He must work together with the characters he meets to fight to get back his story.

Sora is living a normal high school student life, when his "adventurer" father sends him a mummy from his travels in Egypt. Sora balks at the letter from his crazy dad at first, but the mummy that emerges from inside the huge coffin is a mere 12 centimeters tall--small enough to fit in the palm of his hand... Not only that, it's shy, a crybaby, and most of all, super cute. So Sora ends up keeping the mummy, naming his new little buddy "Mii-kun." But living with a mummy might be easier said than done...!

Four high school girls join the Light Music Club to save it from being abolished when all of its members graduate. Although most of them don’t have much experience playing a musical instrument, they all decide to give it a shot. Yui, who originally misread the club name and joined thinking it was something else, decides to stay and take up the electric guitar. Ritsu is the president of the club and plays the drums because they are “cool.” Mio, the smart but shy one, is the base guitarist of the band. Gentle child of affluence, Tsumugi, plays the keyboards since she has experience winning piano contests. In their sophomore year, the wide-eyed freshman Azusa lends her considerable guitar skills to finally form the five member band, After School Tea Time. Now they just need to stop having tea parties and get busy practicing... as if!

because Chiya still tends to check to see if people have tails or want their tummies rubbed! The other girls studying at the Natsumeya teahouse are all unusual in their own ways…
